With Lindsay’s expertise, she was able to grab the dresses that I wanted- even had me try on THEE dress as the first try on. The salon was so accommodating, fun, and everything I’d hope wedding dress shopping would be. I would recommend Bridals by Cyndi to anyone!!!! I worked with Michelle, she was absolutely amazing. She truly cared about my happiness and me finding THE DRESS. She never pressured or rushed me to make a decision. In fact, she allowed me to come back several different times before officially saying yes!!! She made me feel so beautiful, in any dress I put on, but she was honest and professional! She figured out my style she could tell when I wasn’t thrilled with a dress. Michelle treated me as if I was one of her own children, which really stood out compared to the other bridal shops. My experience was nothing short of amazing! The dress selection at Bridals by Cyndi was amazing. I couldn’t go wrong with any dress that I tried on! Cyndi was there on the day I said YES, and she was nothing but amazing as well. Overall, I had such an amazing experience at Bridals by Cyndi and I am so thankful for that!! read less

The moment I made my appointment and Cyndi picked up the phone, she was so nice and I could tell it would be great! Michelle was FANTASTIC! She helped get me to realize what I really liked vs what I thought I liked and every dress was getting closer and closer until the last one which was the one! She was so great in listening to me but also having me try on other styles, which lead us right to the perfect dress! She jumped for joy when I said yes which I just loved!! Highly recommend going here! read less

I can’t express in words how magical my dress appointment was. Lindsay was amazing and knew just what I would like more than I did! There was a beautiful sign outside the shop that we saw when we first parked welcoming me by name. We had champagne in a gorgeous, cozy, intimate space topped off with wonderful soft music. Lindsay was so great to work with, and I was so comfortable with her. It was like I was shopping with a friend, but one that is an EXPERT at picking out wedding gowns for me. When I found the one, Lindsay gave us some space to admire it and make some FaceTime calls that meant so much. I cannot recommend Bridals by Cyndi enough. read less

First, she got me in for... read moreI genuinely cannot say enough good things about this store and about Cyndi herself! First, she got me in for a last minute appointment. Her store is beautifully designed and made me feel so welcome! I was torn between two dresses and she gave me the best advice, was honest and so unbelievably sweet! Once I decided on my dress she let me stay and hang out it in as long as I wanted as we just chatted away! She truly is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I have ever met! She cared so much about me and what I wanted! This was the 4th store I had been to and BY FAR the absolute best experience! I couldn’t have asked for a better day and place to “say yes to the dress”! Go here for your first appointment and I’m positive you won’t be disappointed!! read less

But I had such a great experience trying on dresses I wanted to write a review to share! Cyndi was so nice and great at finding dresses I was in. She clearly loves her store. This was the first store I went to and I was comfortable and it was a great time. I simply didn’t get my dress here because I found one I loved at a different store. I would highly recommend trying on dresses here! read less

Seriously if are looking for a bridal gown look no further than Bridals by Cyndi. Cyndi and her team there are the most sweetest, genuine, helpful people ever. If it wasn’t weird to invite Cyndi and Michelle to my wedding I would. The whole experience was so personable and exciting, just how looking for your dream gown should be. I thought shopping for a gown during the pandemic would not be as fun as it could be but they made sure it was here. Michelle truly wanted me to find a gown I loved and after trying on multiple gowns and her feeling as though I still wasn’t finding what I was looking for, Michelle and Cyndi went above and beyond. I had my heart set on a long sleeve gown and when I had tried on a gown without sleeves that I really liked but wanted sleeves, within minutes Cyndi had the gown designers manager on speakerphone to try and see if they could make what I was envisioning. After a brief phone call Cyndi was able to bring my dream gown to life. She even went as far as to make sure that she will get the custom gown in as soon as possible because she figured Id be anxious to see the finished product. I seriously cannot wait for my gown to come in now and even more excited for the big day. Thanks again Cyndi and Michelle for making the whole experience so magical! read less

The people were WONDERFUL. they offered me champagne as soon as I walked in. The store was gorgeous and big and only had bridal gowns. The dressing room was huge and cozy. Michelle, my bridal attendant was SO helpful and helped me in and out of dresses. She made me feel so welcome, encouraged, and beautiful! I had so much fun going through different styles with her! They just were the best. They had different lighting so I could get the whole effect of the dress during the day and at a night reception. There was so much attention to detail throughout the whole store The dresses were crisp, clean, and new. I loved my experience here.5 stars read less

I walked up and their cute little chalkboard had my name on it which felt like such a nice personalized touch. I sat down with the sales manager Michelle. She immediately made me feel welcomed. We talked about my style and I showed her some Pinterest inspiration. I felt like she immediately knew the look I was going for. I got to pick an ornament off of the tree which had a percentage off of my entire sale. (I picked 15% but apparently the 50% is still out there ladies!) we immediately began shopping. I tried a couple on that I was not in love with and Michelle was so honest about it. At no point did I feel like she was pushing a sale on me. She genuinely wanted to help me find the dress of my dreams. The third dress I tried on I immediately knew was the one! My sister was there with me and they were both taking photos so I could capture it. I did not want to take the dress off! She even suggested sitting down for a moment to make sure I could sit comfortably in it. I started to look at veils and Cyndi entered the store. She was just as sweet and welcoming as Michelle. Once we said yes to the dress they popped some champagne and we took some more photos! If you are a bride that is looking for a very special and heartfelt moment when you find your dress seriously look no further than Bridals by Cyndi. They will truly make you feel like an absolute princess and the collections they carry are absolutely stunning. I would give 6 stars if I could! read less

I bought my wedding dress, veil & headpiece through Her amazing shop! I knew I wanted a Kittychen dress and Cyndi put me in many beautiful gowns. I found THE dress almost immediately after a few try ons! It’s like she knows exactly what to put you in & made you feel so amazing through the process. She made myself & my family feel so welcomed last September. Her shop is also so beautifully decorated & chic! Fast forward to this past October 2020 although I ended up being a COVID rescheduled bride like many other. I chose to still get married on my date & wore my beautiful wedding gown that I now get to wear twice 😉 everything turned out amazing! My dress fit me like a glove, my headpiece was unreal and my veil were perfection! Cyndi and her team will not disappoint !! I can’t thank her enough for helping me find my dream everything ! We were greeted with a personal sign mentioning my name and entered into a place that was beyond gorgeous. Michelle made us feel at home right away and helped me narrow down which styles I liked best. She is amazing! Cyndi is so wonderful and gave amazing suggestions! It felt like we’ve all known each other for years. We had the place to ourselves, and it was such an incredible experience from start to finish.
