Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Bridals by Cyndi, we’re dedicated to providing every bride with a personalized and unforgettable experience. To ensure we can give each appointment the time and attention it deserves, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.
Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking your bridal appointment. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens! However, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up to your appointment, a $100 fee will be charged to the card on file.
This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other brides who are eager to find their dream dress. Thank you for your understanding and support!
