What to Expect at Your Appointment
At Bridals by Cyndi, our focus is entirely on you, the bride.
From the moment you step into our boutique, we listen to your vision and work to bring your dream dress to life. Our private appointments create an intimate setting where you can share this unforgettable experience with up to three members of your inner circle.
During your visit, a dedicated stylist will collaborate with you to understand your style preferences and budget, selecting dresses tailored to your unique vision.
There’s no rush—our appointments last between 90 minutes and two hours, giving you the time and space to make this special decision stress-free.
But the journey doesn’t end when you say “yes” to the dress. As part of the Bridals by Cyndi family, we’re here for you every step of the way. From coordinating alterations to discussing dress preservation or simply being available for questions, we’re with you until your big day and beyond.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?
You can bring up to 4 additional people to your bridal appointment.
Can I bring more than 4 people?
We are a smaller bridal boutique and we want the experience to be as comfortable as possible. As such, we can fit 4 people + the bride. We have also found that the more people in the room, the more opinions, and the more stress on the bride. So, we are pretty strict on our 4 person limit.
How many dresses can I try on?
While don’t put a limit on the number of dresses that you can try on, we do try and make the most of your appointment time. On average, brides try on anywhere from 6 to 15 dresses.
Do you have plus sized gowns?
We do! We have. selection of plus sized gowns (16-24) for our plus sized sisters. Most of our dresses can also be ordered in plus sizes, so you can try on our sample size, and then order your size.
Can I just walk in and browse instead of setting an appointment?
Because all of our appointments are private, we do not allow walk-ins.
Which designers do you carry?
We carry a number of designers and private labels including Justin Alexander, Kitty Chen, Amber J Ho, Calla Blanche, Oksana Mukha, Madi Lane, Paloma Blanca, and more. You can check our designers page for an updated list.
How much are your dresses?
We like to think we have dresses for every budget. Our dresses range anywhere from $1500 to $4900. We also have sample gowns that you can buy off the rack. Check our our sale dresses right here.
Can I bring kids to my bridal appointment?
We love our kiddos, but our store is filled with sharp corners, candles, and other decor that just isn’t safe for children. While we’ve tried saying “children can come if they remain seated”, and of course we’ve found that kids are kids are curious and want to touch the pretty things. As such, we do not allow children at our appointments.
Is there an “I said yes to the dress” moment?
